"Performance only makes sense if it is sober in its means and supportive in its goals: that is the ambition we carry with the Cap Agir Ensemble project."
Biography
A sailor and an exceptional technician, Sébastien Marsset has built up rare experience on some of the most demanding types of boat offshore racing has to offer. In 2025 he finished his first Vendée Globe in 27th position, a result that made an impression: he had started with a reasoned budget and the oldest boat in the fleet, proving the viability of his model of « high-performance sobriety ». With his project « Cap Agir Ensemble », he advocates responsible offshore racing and uses his visibility to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, alongside ADAPEILA.
