Sasha LANIECE

An engineer and researcher with a doctorate, Sasha Lanièce has brought her scientific skills to her love of sailing. She now leads Les Déferlantes Sailing Team, the first women's offshore racing team, where she supports young female skippers with a clear aim: to achieve performances that inspire others.
The team places data analysis at the heart of its pursuit of results, and thereby shows that women have every place in tech and innovation.
Sasha divides her time between her roles as athlete, entrepreneur, data scientist and communicator, in order to champion women's empowerment forcefully.
