Biography
An engineer by training and an amateur sailor, Olivier Nemsguern discovered offshore sailing with a crew 30 years ago, and quickly took to it.
The 2022 Route du Rhum introduced him to solo racing, a great challenge. He is going back this year with a more reliable boat, to do better and above all to enjoy himself as much as possible at sea.
He is taking this opportunity to support Ecolhuma, a non-profit association that helps teachers maximize the chances of success of disadvantaged young people.
