Biography
Matthieu trained as an architect and has always dreamed of offshore racing. His taste for the open sea was born in childhood, as he wandered the pontoons of Saint-Malo, an emblematic port where his family has lived for several generations. Drawn to the sea and sailing from a very young age, he naturally set his course for the open water.
Matthieu Perraut first made his mark on the Class40 circuit, then joined the Ocean Fifty class in 2024, a major challenge that he took on. In 2025, he teamed up with skipper Sébastien Rogues to set out in pursuit of new horizons.
