Biography
Masa Suzuki started sailing in a dinghy at the age of 6 and has dreamed ever since of sailing around the world.
At 33, he took part in the Mini Transat and made his first solo transatlantic crossing, an experience that marked the real beginning of his offshore career.
Today he is pursuing his project with the Vendée Globe 2028 in his sights.
For him, the Route du Rhum is a major step in this adventure, and he says he is very happy and honoured to take part.
