Biography

A promising sailor with a strong personality, Élodie Bonafous is recognised for her offshore racing performances. Coming from dinghy sailing, she made her mark on the Figaro Beneteau circuit through her precision and excellent seamanship. As a child she admired Ellen MacArthur, and that admiration turned into a genuine calling. In 2023, she became the first Frenchwoman to take a podium finish on a stage of La Solitaire du Figaro. Quéguiner remains committed to her side and also supports the Petits Princes association.
