Biography
Armel Tripon has started three Route du Rhum races: in an IMOCA in 2014, in a Multi50 in 2018 (which he won), then in an Ocean Fifty in 2022 for the association Les P’tits Doudous, of which he is the patron.
This association of healthcare workers improves the hospital experience of children undergoing surgery through playful initiatives that reduce premedication by 80%.
A committed skipper, he is leading an innovative project: an IMOCA incorporating recycled carbon and medical titanium recycled by the carers of Les P’tits Doudous.
